Georgia Flemotomos (She/Her) – Maid of Honour
Georgia and I met when we were thirteen in the 7th grade at Tuckahoe Middle School in Henrico, Virginia. Though we weren't instant friends by any means, I slowly wiggled my way into her life and she hasn't been able to get rid of me since. She has single-handedly taught me what it is to have a friend who will be with you through thick and thin. And so, from being injured together to flying across the world to support each other, I can honestly say I would be lost with my best friend and maid of honour.
Maisie Norcross (She/Her)
Maisie and I met in 2023 through our mutual friend Jaspah, and she instantly clicked with our friend group, like a missing puzzle piece. Between our many hours playing Minecraft and Stardew Valley online, and just staying up all night talking each others ears off while we knit or crochet, she's quickly become one of my closest friends and trusted confidants.
Jamee Haward (She/Her)
Jamee and I first met at the Taco Bell welcoming party when we were both nineteen. But we didn’t really become close until one day, I somehow convinced her and Jaspah to come over to my grandfather’s house to watch Harry Potter. I had just figured out how to hook my laptop up to the old TV he had, and that night kicked off what would become our ‘Movie Night’ friend group. Since then, we’ve had some wild nights out, getting irresponsibly drunk, and cozy nights in watching reality TV, her painting, me crocheting. Jamee has taught me how to be unapologetically myself and has passed on some seriously useful makeup skills along the way.
Jaspah McNulty (She/Her)
Jaspah and I met when we were nineteen, both starting at the brand new Taco Bell on the South Island. I had only been living in New Zealand for about five months, so I didn’t have any friends at the time. One day, we were both assigned to dishes and quickly bonded over our shared love of music and movies. Since then, she’s left a permanent mark on me, literally, I have a scar on my wrist to prove it, and has shown me what it means to live with spontaneity. Life would definitely be a lot less exciting without Jaspah in it.

Siris Allott (He/They) – Best Man
I met Siris when I was about two, and he's annoyed me ever since. That being said, he's my brother and I love him deeply. When asked who would be my best man, there was no other choice. Despite taking away my status as an only child, and me accidentally (I swear it was) breaking his arm, he's my best buddy, and I couldn't get married without him standing beside me.
Charlie Schuurman (They/Them)
I met Charlie through Caitlyn, as her plus one to Charlie's birthday party in 2022. My first impression of them was that they were one cool individual. Despite being overwhelmed at the party, their kindness was infectious and they haven't changed since. They assisted me in finding the perfect ring for Caitlyn, and have quickly become a close friend of mine.
Kat Griffits (She/Her)
I met Kat working at Noel Leeming Northwood, and immediately got the vibes that she was the most exciting person there. She kept me sane through the waves of annoying customers, and difficult staff members and has remained a trusted friend even after the Northwood store closed.
Ethan Majendie (He/Him)
Cousin Ethan. Growing up, although living far away, all our visits to Christchurch were made better by seeing Ethan and his family. From running around when we were younger to playing board games now, hanging out with Ethan has always been the highlight and the thing I look forward to the most when we go to Auntie Bec and Uncle Ben's.
Wayne Allott - Officiant & MC Extraordinaire
We really can't imagine anyone else officiating our big day. From being the best father-in-law a girl could ask for, to the best dad a boy could ever have, it is our biggest honour to be married by him. A multi-talented, extroverted gem of a human will absolutely ensure that our night will be nothing but entertaining!
